Christopher Veras, 22, of he Bronx, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.

Gregory Buckley, 43, of Tuxedo, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was released on $500 bail.
