Terpsichore earns eight honors at New Jersey competition

MONROE — Dancers from Terpsichore The Dancerschool in Monroe earned honors in the recent Encore DCS Competition, held in Paramus, N.J.

The results were:
“Light up the Sky,” Competitive Contemporary Solo featuring Angelina DeFelice. Platinum - third overall. Choreography by Kerry Connelly Schiaffo.

“Wide Awake,” Competitive Lyrical Small Group. High Gold - first overall. Choreography by Susan Lennon.

“Bring Me To Life,” Competitive Lyrical Small Group. High Gold - second overall. Choreography by Arianna De Leo.

“Uprising,” Competitive Jazz Small Group. High Gold - second overall. Choreography by Denise Carter.

“Lovesong,” Competitive Lyrical Large Group. High Gold - first overall. Choreography by Susan Lennon.

“Home,” Competitive Jazz Large Group. Platinum - second overall. Choreography by Denise Carter.

“Stronger," Recreational Jazz Super Group. High Gold - first Overall. “Stronger” also received an Inspiring Performance Award. Choreography by Denise Carter.
