On Sunday, June 22, Holy Rosary Parish in Greenwood Lake celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi with a procession to the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park on Greenwood Lake where Benediction was offered. The feast celebrates the belief in Jesus Christ and the sacrament of Holy Eucharist. The procession route was escorted by the 4th Degree Color Corps from the John Cardinal O'Connor Knights of Columbus from Monroe and the parish's altar servers. The Communion children and flower girls led the way by tossing rose petals along the path. The procession was followed by a celebratory lunch and Eucharistic craft activities were provided for the children.
