Monroe-Woodbury School District names its Buses of the Month

CENTRAL VALLEY — Throughout the school year, the Monroe-Woodbury Bus Garage honors buses that exemplify best student behavior, cooperation and kindness.
Three buses were selected in December:
• Bus 460 Pine Tree Elementary School
“The students on my bus always follow the safety rules,” wrote driver Cemiaji Powell in her report. “The students always remain seated while I am driving and they exercise respect for each other.”
• Bus 430 Monroe-Woodbury Middle School
“From day one the students have been enjoyable,” wrote driver Winnie Massimo in her report. “They are respectful, nice and they follow the rules. What more could you ask for?”
• Bus 459 Sapphire Elementary
"The students on Bus 459 are remarkable," wrote driver Laura Ippoliti. "They put a smile on my face each day. We have all learned to work as a team. Safety rules are Number 1. I am honored to be their bus driver."
