This photo of Round Lake was taken by Monroe resident Ed Scully and was initially used in the Town of Monroe e-newsletter touting the town's launch site located off of Route 5 on the east shore of the lake. The Round Lake Boathouse is open for rentals of White Swan Boats, row boats, Blue/Yellow paddle boats, Red/Read water trikes, yellow kayaks and blue paddle boards from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Sunday, Sept. 1. The lake's shoreline is 1.8 miles long and its maximum depth is 22 feet.
