Apex Brewery had its grand opening Saturday, Oct. 3, with a ribbon-cutting sponsored by the Greater Monroe Chamber of Commerce and attended by members of the Monroe Village and Town Boards as well as State Sen. James Skoufis. The brewery, owned by David Holm, is located at 405 Route 17M in Monroe.
