Tropical Storm Henri dropped 5.28 inches of rain in the Monroe area last weekend, prompting water in the Millpond to surge as pictured here. According information from First Due Weather from the Compound, the hyperlocal weather source, Henri dropped 6.9 inches of rain in Chester, 5.88 inches in Tuxedo Park and 4.81 in Warwick.
