The Monroe Town Board recognized Administrative Sergeant Doug Krauss for his contributions to the community at a recent Town Board meeting.
Krauss retired in August from the Monroe Police Department after a 20-year career in law enforcement during which he also served in the New York City Police Department.
Krauss was presented with the “Making An Impact” award for his dedication, professionalism and commitment to the welfare of the Monroe community.
