The carnival at the Millponds was an event families loved. Riley Jones attended with her grandparents and had an evening full of fun.
The Village of Monroe celebrated its 120th anniversary with a carnival at the Millponds last weekend. These photos are from Saturday evening as carnival-goers participated in games and children went on the assorted rides. Here’s the view from the top of the Ferris Wheel.
