Carnival

Rain put a damper on last weekend's carnival along the Mill Ponds in Monroe. But when the weather did clear, as it did Friday evening, the night was filled with laughter, with screams of delight, with the cheers of winning a game of chance. Is there anything more beautiful than the face of a young child on a carnival ride?
