Alicia Scali to star in 'Annie'

CHESTER — Alicia Scali of Chester, a fifth grader at North Main Elementary School in Monroe, will be performing the title role in "Annie" at the Forestburgh Playhouse in Forestburgh.
She will perform alongside Sandy from Broadway, as well as several other professional actors from across the United States.
Alicia has performed at the Playhouse in "Tommy," "Oliver!," "The Music Man," and "The Little Mermaid," says the Playhouse's Facebook page: "We are so proud of Alicia and cannot wait for you to see her in our production of Annie! Don’t miss it! Tickets will be available soon!"
The show will be directed by Franklin Trapp, producer of the Forestburgh Playhouse. The show runs from July 17 to 29, with double performances on Wednesdays.
Tickets are $37 for standard seating and $44 for preferred seating. Tickets go on sale May 19 and may be purchased through fbplayhouse.org, or by calling 845-794-1194.
