Harriman Police May 19 A 19-year-old Goshen male was arrested for petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors.  He was released to appear in Village court on June 16.   May 20 Gutierrez Eustaquil, 31, of Westtown, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.  He was released to appear in Village Court on June 16. An 18-year-old Middletown male was arrested for petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors.  He was released to appear in Village Court on June 16.   May 21 Timothy R. Brown, 30, of Central Valley, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.  He was released pending a June 16 court appearance. A 17-year-old Harriman male was arrested for criminal contempt of court, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail, pending a June 16 court appearance. Jessica A. Binassarie, 21, of Monroe, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.  She was released pending a June 16 court appearance. Monroe Police May 16 An 18-year-old Monroe male was arrested for third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, misdemeanors.  He was released to appear in Town Court on May 25.   May 20 Christina Brand, 21, of New Windsor, was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.  She was released to appear in Town Court on June 10.   May 21 Ciesla Bronislaw, 47, of Monroe, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony.  He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a May 26 court appearance.   May 23 John Grasso, 45, of Monroe, was arrested for third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.  He was released to appear in Town Court on May 24.
