July 6 Richard Colucci, 33, of Southfields, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on July 22. Avdi Kukaj, 20, of Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released pending a July 22 court appearance. July 11 Peter Tangredi, 63, of Stanford, Conn., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, pending a court appearance on Aug. 19.
