My name is Frank Beams and I would like to announce my candidacy for Town of Monroe Highway Superintendent. I have been endorsed by the Town of Monroe Republican Committee. I have 24 years experience, working for the Town of Monroe Highway Department, with eight of them serving as foreman under the direction of Roy Montanye, former Town of Monroe Highway Superintendent . I am a lifelong resident of Monroe. My wife, Mary Ellen Beams, and I have six children and one grandchild. I am a past commander of the Son’s of the American Legion Post 488, former Monroe-Woodbury Little League manager for eight years, and a member of the Monroe Garden Club. As the only candidate with experience in Highway Department operations, the top priority of my candidacy will be to make the roads safe for the residents and their families. On Sept. 14, I would like to encourage all town and village residents to come out on primary day, show their support and vote for myself, Frank Beams. Thank you for your support. Frank Beams Monroe
