William J. Regan

William J. Regan died on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, at the New Jewish Home in the Bronx, N.Y. He was 69 years old.
Son of Patrick and Bridie O’Brien Regan, he was born April 4, 1947, in the Bronx.
William was the widower of Mary Ellen O’Shea Regan.
He was an administrator with IBM, Sterling Forest, N.Y., where he worked for 27 years.
He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church of Highland Mills, N.Y., and a member of the Woodbury Lions Club.
Survivors include his daughters: Heather Charleston and her husband, Wayne, of Chester, N.Y., and Kara Regan of London, England; his sister, Eileen Dietz of Endwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his wife Mary Ellen, William was predeceased by his brother, Patrick Regan, and his sister, Catherine McAvoy.
