Eleanor H. Waldron-Boungard of Monroe passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 87 years old.
The daughter of Friedrich and Isle Kruse Bluhm, she was born in New York City on Oct. 25, 1932.
Eleanor was the bookkeeper for Carter, Milchman & Frank in Astoria and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Monroe.
Survivors include her children: Douglas Waldron of Sloatsburg, David Boungard and his wife Valli of Winter Park, Fla., Mark Boungard and his wife Joyce of Hurley, Marilyn Hunt of Woodbury, N.J., Donna Tremblay and her husband Steven of Monroe, and Barbara Boungard of California; her seven grandchildren: Lindsay, Jessica, Jaclyn, Erik, Sandy, Kelly and Katy; and her five great-grandchildren: Emma May, Michael, Edie, Finn and Grace.

Visitation was held March 4 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
A funeral service was held March 5 in the funeral home. Interment followed at the Mahwah Cemetery, 100 Island Road, Mahwah, N.J.
