Danielle Simone Niemann
Danielle Simone Niemann of Monroe, a devoted and caring mother and a longtime resident of the area, died peacefully at her home, with her family by her side. She was 46 years of age.
The beloved daughter of Paul and Kathleen Simone, she was born in Queens, New York, in 1971.
Danielle was a devoted mother to her son Nicolas. She was always present for all of Nicolas’ activities and events. She never missed any of Nicolas’ baseball games and was always there rooting for him.
Danielle and Nicolas had a special bond that will never be broken. They always referred to each other as “buds” and “pal.”
She will always be known for her sensitive and generous heart. When her mom was sick, she dedicated all her time making sure her mother made it to all her appointments and treatments.
When her sister-in-law Andrea passed, she helped take care of her niece and brother.
While Danielle herself was fighting her own battle, she still managed to keep her sense of humor no matter what her pain level was. She still managed to brighten the room even under her darkest conditions.
Danielle will be remembered by all those who loved her as a very strong, good hearted, funny and smart woman.
Danielle will be missed by so many. We will always carry a piece of her in our hearts, and she will live forever in our memories.
Danielle is survived by her parents Paul and Kathleen Simone at home, her son Nicolas of Monroe, and her brother Paul and his wife Veronica Fuentes-Simone, and her niece Ava Simone, also of Monroe.
Danielle is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins and a very special friend Tara Hunt Mosley of New Windsor.
