On Friday. December 6, from 6 to 7 p.m. Monroe will be holding the annual tree lighting ceremony at Smith’s Clove Park (133 Spring St., Monroe). This festive holiday event will include hot chocolate and snacks accompanied by holiday music. There will also be photo opportunities available with the Grinch.
