GOSHEN-The rain couldn't stop the music. The music just moved indoors. The Goshen Jazz Fest ducked inside on that Ivan-soaked Saturday, September 18. The festival's sponsors, the Goshen Rotary Club, had planned outdoor concerts to compliment those taking place indoors -- at the Orange Inn, The Goshen Gourmet, Maureen Mullany's, The New Street Tavern, 170 West Main Restaurant, Catherine's, and the Cataract Fire House. Some acts, such as the West Point Jazz Knights and Hudson Valley Youth Jazz Orchestra, moved to the shelter of a local school.
