Fundraiser planned for local girl

Warwick — Friends and family of Brenna Lowry Hasselman will host a barbecue fundraiser on Saturday, June 18 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Goodwill Hook and Ladder Firehouse off Forester Ave. in Warwick. Funds raised will go toward Brenna’s ongoing medical care. She suffers from Kaposiform Lymphangiomatosis and has had multiple surgeries. She continues to need several medical appointments with various specialists every week. Tickets are $20 per head with children under 12 free. There will be food, drinks, games, raffles and a tricky tray. Can’t make it but still want to help?
