VALLEY COTTAGE — Valley Cottage Library's solo art exhibit this month features 29 paintings by Tuxedo Park artist Fred Mittleman, founder of NYC design firm Mittleman/Robinson where he created container and branding identities for top-tier beverage and food brands, such as Dom Perignon, Johnnie Walker Black and Gatorade.
Award-winning and leading edge design in a wide range of disciplines followed.
Today, Mittleman expresses his passion for the visual through interpretive paintings of the world around him. His subjects range from still life and animal portraits to "nature portraits" inspired by the beauty of the Hudson Valley.
Valley Cottage Library is located at 110 Route 303 in Valley Cottage.
