Aug. 5

Three 18-year-old males from Monroe were charged unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after a traffic stop. They were all released on their own recognizance.

Aug. 7

Fabian Justiniano, 50, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail.

Aug. 8

Daniel Lawrence, 25, of Monroe, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
Raymond Grullon, 44, of Sidney, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
Dale Caldwell, 40, of Gotha, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 10

Paul Auerback, 64, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 11

Franklin Bello-Jimenez, 40, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor,. He was released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 12

Yehiel Rosenfeld, 30, of Monsey, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
