Carlos Gruber-Bolivar, 26, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and menacing, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Aug. 4
Avdi Kukaj, 22, of Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance.
A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with an open-container violation. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 15.
John Butler, 47, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 15.
Aug. 7
Roy Maurer, 50, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt of court, misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released to appear in village court on Aug. 15.
A 17-year-old female from Monroe was charged with harassment, a violation. She was arraigned and released to appear in village court on Aug. 15.
Aug. 8
Amanda Ackel, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender a driver’s license, misdemeanors. He was released on $500 bail pending a future court appearance.
Aug. 9
Sarah Nodhturft, 24, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 5.
Brandon Vega, 20, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender a driver’s license, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 29.

Jean Weinberg, 39, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 5.
Bjorn Holm, 34, of Middletown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and failure to surrender a license and registration, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Sept. 5 court appearance.
Aug. 11
Michael Castineiras, 27, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Sept. 5.
