An 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, both from Middletown, were charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and issued appearance tickets.
July 31
Ryan J. Debeauvernet, 25, of Slate Hill, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Lauren N. Perraglia, 21, of Harriman, was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
Aug. 1
David A. Brizer, 59, of New York City, was charged with failure to file corporate tax, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Aug. 3
Charles E. Peffer, 35, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail.
Carlton Banks, 44, of Monticello, was charged with two counts of third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail.
