A 17-year-old male from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 16.

Aug. 1
Omar Garcia, 21, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 16.

Aug. 2
Ian M. Bednar, 31, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an Aug. 16 court appearance.
