Scott McGuire, 28, of Otisville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a commercial motor vehicle checkpoint. He was released on $100 bail.

July 11
Melanie Valentin, 25, of Dunmore, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on $100 bail.

July 13
Lindsey Harrison, 22, of Monroe, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving a vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, after being stopped at a safety and sobriety checkpoint. She was released on her own recognizance.

July 14
David Hann, 37, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.

Daniel Decker, 34, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
