MONROE — The Village of Monroe will hold the second concert in its 2012 Summer Concert Series on Saturday, July 28, from 5 to 7 p.m., featuring the E. Mitchell Combo.
Eric Lipper, Dan Lipper and Eric Zachs will perform classic rock, oldies and, as they put it, “ancient folk tunes.”
Organizers said this semi-acoustic band “brings out the best of each song they endeavor, effectively breaking down stylistic differences while celebrating the memorable details of these great songs that we all remember and love.”

The concert will be held at the north end of the Millponds and food vendors and the bouncy house inflatables will also be there.
