Valerie Russell, 27, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance.
Rosa Martinez, 28, of Monroe, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on July 18.

Moshe Danzinger, 43, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. He was released pending a July 18 court appearance.
A 17-year-old male from Central Valley was charged with trespassing, a violation. He released to appear in village court on July 18.

Emiliano Dorta, 45, of Goshen was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 1.

Linda Norton, 52, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies. She was released pending a July 18 court appearance.
