Ryn Tiborsky, 25, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
June 14
Rashime Davis, 34, of New Rochelle; Nadisha A. Stewart, 35, of Mount Vernon; Fiona Parchment, 28, and Ayana Morgan, 34, both of the Bronx, were charged with petty larceny and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17. They were released on bail.
Luis A. Colon, 30, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Nicos L. Dinkens, 23, of Spring Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, and first-degree falsifying business records, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
