Feb. 16
Victor Diaz, 42, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Feb. 17
Robert A. Reyes, 24, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Chemanuel Colon, 23, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
Christopher A. Montero, 34, of Bloomfield, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and eight counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 20
An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
A 38-year-old Orangeburg man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 21
Thomas C. Olsomer, 28, of Honesdale, Pa., was charged with the manufacture of drug related paraphernalia, seven counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, fifth and third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, violations. He was released on cash bail.
A 17-year-old male from Goshen was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
Feb. 22
Karl A. Vatore, 61, of Pine Bush, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
Chantal Y. Blasetti, 49, of West Harrison, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.
Heath P. Wilcox, 35, of Damascus, Pa., and Jessica Doetsch, 26, of Callicoon, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and for having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. They were sent to Orange County Jail.
Feb. 24
Shavar J. Williams, 36, of Fresh Meadows, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Marvin J. Jean, 27, of Harriman, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
A 19-year-old male from Chester and a 19-year-old male from Monroe were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on appearance tickets.
